Matheson's Commercial Real Estate Group ("CRE") is delighted to have recently advised La Française Real Estate Managers ("LFG"), a French investment management service with international clients throughout Europe, on its purchase of Ballintaggart House, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. This acquisition represents LFG's first health asset acquisition in Ireland, marking an expansion of LFG's real estate strategy.

The premises is leased to Xentra Pharm Limited (SIMS IVF), a leading Irish fertility clinic. Virtus Health, the parent company of SIMS IVF, is one of the largest providers of fertility treatment globally.
